Our quality approach is designed to support consistent product performance, reliable installation, practical transportation, and dependable use across commercial, industrial, outdoor, rescue, and promotional applications.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection process focuses on suitability, consistency, and compliance with approved product specifications and project requirements.

• Fabric appearance, color, coating condition, thickness, and surface cleanliness.
• Air-tightness and strength-related characteristics for inflatable structures and air-supported products.
• Condition and compatibility of zippers, webbing, buckles, valves, windows, doors, and connection points.
• Blowers, inflation accessories, electrical components, fasteners, and other supporting parts.
• Material identification and quantity verification against production and purchasing records.

Materials that do not meet internal inspection requirements or approved specifications are identified and handled before they can affect subsequent production stages.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Our production teams perform process checks during cutting, printing, sewing, welding, assembly, and finishing. These controls help maintain dimensional accuracy, structural consistency, and reliable connections throughout the manufacturing process.

• Verification of cutting patterns, dimensions, panel matching, and printed graphic placement.
• Inspection of seams, welded joints, reinforcement areas, hems, and load-bearing connection points.
• Control of air channels, valves, zippers, openings, windows, and internal partitions.
• Review of assembly accuracy for products such as air domes, inflatable arches, booths, canopies, tents, and shelters.
• Additional attention to application-specific details for field hospitals, command posts, decontamination tents, cold storage shelters, rescue tents, and construction shelters.

Inspection results are used to identify deviations early, allowing necessary adjustments or rework before the product moves to final inspection.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Each completed product is inspected according to its design, intended use, and confirmed order requirements. The final review combines visual inspection, dimensional verification, functional checks, and accessory confirmation.

• Overall appearance, cleanliness, color consistency, and workmanship.
• Product dimensions, layout, branding position, openings, and configuration.
• Seam quality, reinforcement, attachment points, and structural details.
• Inflation performance, air retention, stability, and functional operation where applicable.
• Compatibility and operation of blowers, valves, doors, windows, zippers, lighting points, and other accessories.
• Confirmation that the product configuration matches approved drawings, samples, or product specifications.

Special attention is given to the different requirements of family air tents, glamping tents, beach and fishing shelters, advertising tents, exhibition booths, car roof tents, spray booth tents, and emergency or industrial structures.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, products are prepared to reduce the risk of damage during handling, storage, and international transportation. Packaging and dispatch checks are completed according to the product type and customer requirements.

• Folding, rolling, or packing the product in a way that protects fabric, windows, printed surfaces, and structural components.
• Checking the quantity and condition of accessories, repair materials, manuals, installation parts, and inflation equipment.
• Verifying product labels, carton markings, package identification, and shipping details.
• Reviewing packing lists, order information, approved specifications, and customer instructions.
• Inspecting outer packaging for secure sealing and suitable protection before loading.

The pre-shipment review helps ensure that the correct product, accessories, documentation, and packaging are prepared for delivery.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from production, inspection, installation, customer communication, and after-sales service is reviewed to support corrective action and ongoing improvement. When an issue is identified, the relevant team evaluates its cause, determines appropriate action, and verifies the result.
